I not a therapist. I am a friend. I have been through hell and back in my life and can relate to the problems of others. A lot of times I am able to help or at least point the person in the right direction to get help.

I have found that sometimes it helps to be able to speak to someone who doesn't know you. Someone that you don't have the fear of running into in public. It is totally ok to post anonomously here so, go ahead and make up a name for yourself and let's get started being friends!

i went to hell in back too.i was raped by my boss,physically and mentally abused by my ex-boyfriends,sexually abused when i was a kid by a neighbor and had my life and son life threatened.
